The Final Episode

hmmm... I would apologize for going so far in between posts, but I don't anyone would care.

In approximately 40 minutes the first showing of the Final Episode will begin in our local movie theater. My father and brothers are already sitting in the theater waiting for the second showing of the Final Episode to start. (the second showing begins 14 minutes after the first) I can honestly say I don't envy them. Yes, I'm happy for them because they really wanted to go on opening night with their close friends who are really into Star Wars. But its not something thats high on my priority list of what to do before I die. :)

on a weird side note... as I'm typing this post I'm listening to one of the new cds that I got in the mail today. I wasn't really paying attention to the words, as I was focusing on what I was going to type. Then I caught part of this one song. Its on the newest cd from Avril Lavigne (I know - what a shock that I would buy this cd!). I actually bought the cd because of 2 songs that I liked. And, to be honest, because of an odd curiosity to find out why my 14yo brother's friends like her so much. anywho back to the song- I was thinking about Star Wars, and all the sudden the words "Did you think I was going to give it up to you- this time?" invaded my thoughts. So, I started the song over and realized that this girl wrote a song about abstinence. I was very surprised that a song from Miss Lavigne would come that close to supporting abstinence. anywho... thats that.
